About the Authors
Sarah Ronald is a design entrepreneur with a passion for people, innovation and the future. She’s served as a digital advisor to the UK government and the Design Council, and as founder and chair of the British Interactive Media Association in Scotland.
Her company, Nile, is a strategic design firm focused on proposition development, customer experience design, and cultural and operational change. Their clients include the NHS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Tesco Bank and Heineken. In 2013, Nile won the coveted Cannes Lion Award for their work on the UK’s first cardless cash service.
Lauren Razavi is an award-winning writer, speaker and strategist. Her previous roles include Google’s managing editor for the future of work and the Singapore Government’s innovation editor. She publishes a twice-monthly newsletter called Counterflows and writes for global media titles like The Guardian, Wired and CityLab.
